| DEVIN SCHROCK, President at Property Pro, Ltd. Devin has joined the team right after his graduation from California State University, San Marcus with a Degree in Sociology. Quickly after graduating from CSUSM he also obtained his Real Estate License. Devin is responsible for business development, real estate sales/Leasing, networking/marketing, and computer/webpage enhancement all the while handing daily property management needs and administration of our portfolio. Devin is currently pursuing his real estate broker’s license and additionally seeking certifications pursuant to the needs of our arena. Devin is currently living in Los Gatos and enjoys outdoor activities such as surfing, golf, traveling, wake boarding, snowboarding and dirt biking for recreation. He is dedicated to giving outstanding service and determined to succeed in every day to day tasks put in front of him. | Garrett Wyatt, specializes in Residential Buyer and Seller representation at Sereno Group in Saratoga. Concentrating on condo and townhome developments, Garrett has successfully negotiated numerous deals attaining the greatest satisfaction for his clients. Prior to joining Sereno Group, Garrett worked at Wyatt & Associates Inc., where he gained experience working in commercial and residential sales, leasing, and management. Garrett received his Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from University of the Pacific studying finance and real estate. He played on University of the Pacific’s NCAA Division I Men’s Tennis Team and has years of experience as a tennis instructor at Western Athletic Clubs. He still enjoys playing in his free time as well as spending time outdoors golfing and snowboarding in Lake Tahoe. As a native of the Silicon Valley who now resides in Saratoga, Garrett is familiar with the various Bay Area communities and what they have to offer.
